VACANCY

As a Maintenance Manager you are responsible for managing, coordinating and improving all maintenance activities within our factory. You play a crucial role in ensuring the optimal functioning of our production equipment and facilities. You lead a team (12 FTE) of maintenance technicians and work closely with other departments to minimize downtime and ensure production quality.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Improving the technical availability of production installations.

  • Developing and implementing data-driven maintenance policy.

  • Ensure the safety and quality of production installations.

  • Managing, developing and coaching employees, assessing the results and creating an environment in which employees can deliver the agreed results.

  • Continue to build the maintenance team. You involve the organization in continuous improvement.


WHO ARE YOU
  • You have a demonstrable HBO or WO working and thinking level with a technical background.

  • At least 10 years of work experience in a technical environment and 5 years as a manager.

  • You have extensive experience in technical (maintenance) work.

  • You have knowledge of continuous improvement (e.g. TPM, LEAN).

  • You have a successful track record in the rollout of data-driven asset management and predictive maintenance.

  • You have thorough knowledge of guidelines, standards for maintenance, replacement and new construction in the areas of quality, environment, ergonomics and safety (law and regulations).

  • You have the following competencies: team player focused on collaboration, results-oriented, proactive, enterprising, energetic and organizationally sensitive.
