VACANCY

As a Regulatory Affairs Officer within the Compliance department, you are responsible for ensuring the registrations of new products and maintaining existing registrations. You will be responsible for global regulatory compliance. You work together with colleagues on location in Veendam, as well as with international colleagues remotely.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Ensure global product compliance.

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive regulatory affairs strategy.

  • Responsible for timely registration of new substances and keeping our current registrations up to date.

  • Characterizing our commercial and R&D Products to comply with laws and regulations.

  • Following up on various regulations and translating them into our own products.

  • Closely monitor risks, opportunities and developments in legislation and regulations and advise the Compliance Manager on these.

  • Maintain good communication within and outside the organization in the context of registration applications, file changes, etc.

  • Support the Technical Service Representative in answering questions that customers have regarding RA related topics such as REACH and Food Contact Approvals.


WHO ARE YOU
  • Completed Bachelor/Master.

  • At least a few years of experience.

  • You have the ability to read and interpret technical and regulatory documents.

  • Good data management skills and detail-oriented attitude.

  • Fluent command of the Dutch and English language.

  • Good communication skills, both face to face and via virtual communication.

  • Strong persuasiveness, you manage to encourage others to get things done.

  • Good project management skills and a structured working method.

  • You are stress-resistant.
