As of June 1st, Marcel Oolbekkink will step down from his position as Managing Director of Kisuma Chemicals, concluding ten valuable and inspiring years of leadership.

Under Marcel’s leadership, Kisuma has achieved significant international growth, driven by continuous development and a clear focus on innovation. Through targeted investments—such as the establishment of new laboratories and a pilot unit—he fostered progress and strengthened collaboration both internally and with external partners. In parallel, safety, sustainability, and compliance with SEVESO/BRZO regulations were consistent pillars of his leadership. This combination of vision and responsibility has laid a solid foundation for the future of our organization.

We thank Marcel for his dedication and commitment over the years and wish him every success in the next chapter of his professional and personal life.

We are pleased to announce that Masao Inoue will succeed him as Managing Director. Mr. Inoue has been closely involved with Kisuma Chemicals since its inception and played a key role in establishing our Dutch operations. His deep understanding of our business and strategic outlook will ensure continuity and support further growth.
