VACANCY

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be part of the Supply Chain department. Together with three colleagues, you will be responsible for processing orders—primarily international ones—and overseeing their administrative handling. You will coordinate daily with our external warehouse and book shipments with our carriers. You will also be responsible for preparing the necessary export documentation.

You will serve as the point of contact for inquiries from customers, sales managers, agents, the warehouse, and carriers, and you will handle any complaints that arise.

Additionally, you will provide support for credit control and offer administrative assistance to the sales organization.

WHO ARE YOU

• Completed MBO+ level education in administration/export;

• Fluent command of Dutch and English. Proficiency in French and/or German is an asset;

• Experience handling export shipments and documentation;

• Strong communication skills, both face-to-face and via virtual channels;

• Extensive experience with Office 365;

• Proactive and customer-oriented attitude;

• Experience with Exact and Dynamics is an asset;

• Structured way of working;

• Ability to handle stress well.
